| A Note From Cathy Greetings! My name is Cathy Harville, and I am a visual artist that strives to capture the natural beauty in rural Maryland and the Chesapeake Bay, as well as other places I have visited, such as beaches, farms, and parks throughout the US.
I love to use vivid colors! My paintings include seascapes, landscapes, botanicals, and wildlife, in pastels, and water/mixed media. Lately, I have been painting a lot of river grasses and their reflections from photos I take from my kayak.

While I will still be at Savage Mill, I am changing studios. My contact info remains the same. My temporary studio will be in the tower (where most of the ghosts are) in Studio 306. It is a beautiful loft space, off the beaten path, so please call me (443.286.3233) if you are in the Mill, and want to visit. In a month or two, I am moving to a large, airy space on the first floor. I just couldn't pass it up!
I just started a blog - yep, I figured it out, and it should be entertaining to more veteran cyber users! I thought it would be great to have a forum to discuss art, boats, and other stuff.
